We have found a local A/C Filter company that provides a top of the line filter with a life time warranty on the frame for about what we spend at the store.  The filters are custom built to your specifications, they have an Electrostatic layer that will remove dust, you can add a Charcol layer for odor control and the final layer is the pad.  The pad layer has AEGIS micro spray which is an EPA registered technology that provides unsurpassed protection against mold, bacteria and dust mites.   There is a part of this filter design that makes it unique and that is the patented anti-bypass seal, much like a gasket on your Refrigerator,  it insures the filter seals firmly — preventing bypass -- cleaning 100% of your air.
